Whilst we are not in our own pool and have had to pause our land training, we thought to provide you with some extra information – so there’s no excuse boys and girls! Training can continue from the comfort of your bedroom, shed or living room! All you need is some bands, and if you wish to use weights, you can always raid kitchen cupboards for bags of sugar, flour or cans of baked beans.

Just be sure to train safely, don’t overdo any of the exercises and be sure to check with your coaches if you are unclear of anything!.
